Enterprise · Scale plan

E-signatures your IT, security and procurement teams can say yes to

Signing stays simple for the people who sign. For the organisation behind them, the Scale plan adds company sign-in, directory provisioning, Microsoft 365, a retention policy and bigger bulk sends, and legal hold as an add-on — with documents stored in Australia and every step on a tamper-evident record.

Identity & access

Your directory decides who gets in

We connect SignSwifly to your identity provider with your IT team, and your admin tests it before anything is required. Once it’s set up, staff use Sign in with your company.

Company sign-in (SSO)

  • Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, ADFS, or another OIDC or SAML provider
  • Set up with our team
  • Staff sign in with their work email, through your provider’s own checks

SCIM 2.0 provisioning

  • Microsoft Entra ID or Okta adds, changes, suspends and removes people as your directory does
  • Directory groups mapped to Admin or Member
  • The workspace owner is never locked out by a sync

Verified domains

  • Prove you own your email domain with a DNS record
  • Require company sign-in for everyone on it; contractors on other addresses keep their usual sign-in
  • New people from your domain join on their first sign-in, with the role you choose

MFA and idle sign-out

  • Require MFA for anyone who doesn’t sign in through your provider — on Solo and up
  • Sign people out after 15 minutes to 12 hours idle — on Solo and up (how it works)
  • A recorded way back in for the owner, and up to five admins they choose, while company sign-in is required
Sending at scale

Built for a thousand envelopes, not just one

Bulk send

One template to up to 250 envelopes a batch on Scale (25 on Team): every row checked before anything goes, an envelope of their own for each person, and one page to track, remind and export the batch.

Your brand, not ours

Your logo, colour and footer on emails, the signing page and the certificate. On Scale, without “via SignSwifly”, and from your own email domain, set up with our team.

Microsoft 365

Pick documents from OneDrive or SharePoint, and save every completed envelope to a SharePoint site automatically — with access to that one site only. Set up with our team.

Templates

Variables that fill text, rich text, pictures and tables into the document, a starter library, and several templates combined into one.

Records & governance

Evidence that holds up, kept on your terms

Tamper-evident audit trail

Every view, signature and decision recorded with time, IP address and device, each entry hash-chained to the last, and a sealed certificate of completion. If our support staff ever open an envelope’s contents, that goes on the same trail, with their reason, and on your team’s activity.

Retention policy

Choose how long finished envelopes’ documents stay available, from 30 days to 10 years. Delete them after that if you choose, with a confirmation and a 7-day grace period, and every deletion on the audit trail. Sealed copies stay in write-once storage for 7 years regardless.

Legal hold

When a dispute, investigation or audit comes up, put the envelopes it touches on hold — chosen envelopes, everything one person sent, a period, or everything the workspace sends. Held envelopes, with their sealed documents and audit trails, are never withheld or deleted by your retention policy until every hold on them is released, and placing or releasing each hold is in the team’s activity log, and on the audit trail of each envelope it names. Drafts, templates and PDFs saved in the PDF editor are working files a hold doesn’t keep. An add-on to Scale, priced in your agreement.

Workspace export

The owner or an admin can export a CSV of envelopes with their sealed documents and certificates, whenever you need them in your own systems. Team and Scale.

Data stored in Australia

Documents, signing evidence and account data are stored in Microsoft Azure data centres in Australia.

Developers

API and webhooks

On every paid plan, from Solo up, your own software can send documents for signature and hear back the moment something happens. Everything is in the API reference, and the getting started guide takes you from a first key to a checked webhook.

REST API

  • API keys limited to the scopes you choose, shown once, with an expiry, and revocable
  • Create envelopes from uploaded documents or from a template, then send, remind, resend or void them
  • Check an envelope’s status, and list your templates with their roles and variables
  • Download sealed documents, the combined PDF and the certificate of completion
  • Idempotency keys for safe retries, standard (RFC 7807) error responses, and 600 requests a minute per key
  • Signing links for in-person signers, opened full-page or in a new window

Webhooks

  • Events when an envelope is sent, viewed, signed, completed, declined, expired or voided, and when an email to a signer can’t be delivered
  • Each one signed with HMAC-SHA256, so you can check it came from us
  • Retried for about three days when your endpoint doesn’t answer
  • An OpenAPI reference to build against
