Deadlines that enforce themselves

An offer that’s open forever isn’t an offer. Give each envelope a signing deadline and a reminder cadence — SignSwifly nudges the unsigned and closes the door on time, without you lifting a finger.

In detail

Session expiry

  • Set days-to-sign per envelope, from 1 day to 2 years (730 days), or no expiry for evergreen documents, on Solo and up
  • On Free every envelope gets 90 days to sign
  • When the deadline passes, signing links stop working and the envelope is marked Expired
  • Need longer? Extend the deadline while the envelope is still out
  • Expiry terms are shown at review before you send

Automatic reminders

  • Weekly on every plan; daily, every 3 days, monthly or quarterly on Team and up
  • Whatever the cadence, the last three days before the deadline are reminded daily, and the last reminder is marked as the final notice
  • Remind now, once an hour
  • Each reminder re-issues a fresh secure link — the newest email always works
  • Every reminder is recorded in the audit trail
Why it matters

The benefits

Offers stay honest

Time-limited documents actually expire.

The chase runs itself

Reminders go out on schedule, not when you remember.

Clean records

Expiry and reminders are part of the evidence, not side emails.
