Simple plans, priced in AUD

One document (or bundle of documents) sent for signature — no matter how many people sign it. Drafts don't count. A session is counted when you send, so an envelope that is later declined or voided still uses one. A bulk send makes one envelope for each person on the list, so it uses one session per person, and the preview shows how many of the month’s sessions it will use, and what any extra ones cost, before anything is sent. Free includes 3 a month, counted the same way, and keeps up to 3 drafts at a time.

Yes. A Free workspace’s owner can buy single envelopes in Settings → Billing: $1.75 each, or $2.50 with SMS, up to 10 at a time, GST included, with a tax invoice. They never expire. One without SMS is used only once the month’s 3 are sent; one with SMS is used for an envelope that texts someone. It can text up to 4 people their link, as well as or instead of email, with 4 texts included for invitations and reminders; codes to sign with always go. Six single envelopes cost more than a month of Solo, which sends 10.

On Solo and Team, extra sessions are simply billed at the per-session rate on your next invoice. Free has no extra sessions: once a Free workspace has sent its 3 for the month, sending waits until the allowance starts again on the 1st of the next month, or you can buy single envelopes, or upgrade — in one click. Starting a new envelope waits too. Drafts you already have stay, and can still be edited, then sent once the allowance starts again; everything already in the workspace stays and can still be signed.

Yes. Documents you sent while on a paid plan stay available after you move to Free. Documents sent on Free are available for 6 months after the envelope finishes; after that they stay stored but can't be downloaded, and upgrading makes them available again. Nothing is deleted when you change plans.

Major credit and debit cards through Stripe, in AUD, billed yearly, quarterly or monthly — whichever suits you. Paying yearly costs less because it costs us less to collect: Solo and Scale work out two months free, Team one. No lock-in contracts: cancel any time and you keep the plan until the period you have paid for runs out.

Scale is one package for organisations: 400 signing sessions a month, 20 users, extra sessions at $0.44 each, and company sign-in (SSO) and SCIM provisioning included, for $199 a month, $579 a quarter or $1,990 a year (founding prices, GST included). It adds company sign-in and verified domains, SCIM, Microsoft 365, a retention policy, sending from your own email domain, branding without “via SignSwifly”, and larger bulk sends to everything in Team. Legal hold is an add-on, priced in your agreement. Choose it in the app and pay by card, as Solo and Team are: it starts straight away, and a move from Solo or Team is charged only the difference for the rest of your period. Extra sessions, and texts past your 300 at 25c each, are added to your next invoice. You ask for company sign-in and your own sending domain in Settings, and our team connects them with you; SCIM and Microsoft 365 you switch on in Settings, with our guides.
