Feature

Documents in from OneDrive, signed copies out to SharePoint

On the Scale plan, pick the document to send straight from OneDrive or SharePoint, and have every completed envelope saved to a SharePoint site of your choosing, automatically.

Microsoft 365 comes with the Scale plan, and is set up with our team: your Microsoft 365 admin approves SignSwifly, and your SharePoint admin chooses the site. The setup guide walks through each step.

In detail

Picking documents

  • Choose a file from OneDrive or SharePoint when preparing an envelope or a template
  • Signed in as you, with read-only access to your files
  • Work and school accounts; personal Microsoft accounts aren’t supported

Saving to SharePoint

  • Each completed envelope’s sealed documents, combined PDF and certificate of completion saved in a folder of its own
  • One SharePoint site for the workspace, chosen by your SharePoint admin
  • Tries again on its own if SharePoint is unavailable, and every save is recorded on the envelope’s audit trail
  • Envelopes completed before you connected can be saved from the envelope list

Least-privilege access

  • SignSwifly asks to write to one site only, through Microsoft’s Sites.Selected permission — never every site in your tenant
  • Your admin grants that one site, and can take it away at any time
Why it matters

The benefits

Records where they belong

Signed copies land beside the rest of your organisation’s records.

No downloading and re-uploading

From OneDrive to signature, and back to SharePoint, without a file on anyone’s desktop.

Access IT can approve

One site, granted by your admin, and nothing more.
